Piotr specializes in comprehensive tax service of financial sector, in particular banks, leasing companies and investment funds. Piotr was responsible for ongoing tax services of main Polish banks and leasing entities. He prepared number of tax optimization projects, also with participation of foreign structures, as well as tax reviews and due diligence. Piotr is particularly experienced in banking products, contracts and general terms and conditions, structured leasing transactions, factoring, forfeiting, debt trading
